Historic renovation of the old Premiere Hoisery Mill. Originally two separate buildings, one furniture and one textiles, they were combined in the early twentieth century. Additional floors were added and the textile operation took over the entire property which continued operations until the late nineties. A seven year redevelopment phase created the finished project which welcomed the first resident in January 2006.
